Frank has been living in Parry Sound full time for over 15 years, working full time on the water and in the town building and designing cottages, homes and renovations from concept to completion. Frank was born and raised in Toronto, attending some of the best and most prestigious schools, however, he always knew he was meant to move to the town he spent and spent his summers and holidays working and living in whilst growing up.
Frank is one of the few members of, not only Parry Sound, but of the building community in Georgian Bay that is proficient and well qualified to navigate and drive the lake and islands. He is skilled in knowing the ins and outs of building requirements, collaboratively working with your designers or architects if applicable, and developing a custom building that mirrors your vision and standards.
Frank has been successful in combining his two passions of Parry Sound, Georgian Bay and Custom Building. His work is truly unmatched and he instills a level of trust amongst his clients that reminds you that you’re in a small town.
