How We Work
We work transparently with every one of our clients every step of the way to ensure that your project is within budget and time frame. Our philosophy of providing quality construction and design services is engrained in our culture and our commitment to our clients, projects and work is unmatched.
Step 1 – Consultation. We will visit you on site, speak over the phone or Zoom, or meet you locally to begin working through the details of your project. We want to learn exactly what your goals and objectives are, see your vision and become a natural extension of your home renovation or building journey.
Step 2 – Site Visit. If this step isn’t handed during our initial consultation, we will come to your property and outline our next steps for determining the best possible direction for your project. Our team has been trained in all necessary safety and health measures and will adhere to all government restrictions and PPE guidelines, ensuring everyone’s safety is paramount.
Step 3 – Quote. We know your time is valuable, and we want to be sure that we are giving you a detailed quote that fits within your budget parameters and clearly identifies the scope of work. We will work with you on pricing, timelines and your specific budget perimeters to make sure you feel totally confident with your investment
Step 4 – Ready, Set, Go. Once the paperwork is signed, we get to work. We pride ourselves on offering realistic estimates, timing and work-back scheduling during each and every one of our projects. We check in with you throughout the whole building process. We ensure you are aware of any major developments and provide you with monthly or bi-weekly budget and project updates if necessary.
Step 5 – Final Walk Through. We know that there is no better review than a happy client, so our work doesn’t stop until you are satisfied with the finished product. We will walk you through every aspect of your final product, making sure you are confident and comfortable with your construction project. Our work is only complete when you are happy.
